What you can expect from My Grief Help
and how we work for you!

1. All sessions are private one-on-one sessions with your consultant / coach

2. Any information shared during your session remains a private conversation between you and your consultant.

3. You will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire. This is required to provide a starting place for your consultant as well as to ensure your needs can be met by our consultant.

4. All clients are provided with a 10-minute evaluation session to provide you and your consultant with an opportunity to further evaluate your needs, ensuring a comfortable fit and success in meeting your needs. (Do not be afraid or embarrassed to voice your concerns or opt out of further services if you feel the least bit uncomfortable. Our services are for your benefit)

5. You have two choices to set up a session-

    A.  Call the 24hr phone line and ask to speak with someone immediately. The phone assistant is a real person (not a voice prompt or AI) who will help you to speak with someone as soon as possible. Immediate need services are available Sunday – Friday from 9am to 7pm PT.
    B.  Set a convenient appointment time based upon your schedule using this Calendly link. Our consultant will call you at the phone number you provide at the scheduled time.

6. You will choose which method of meeting is most comfortable for you.

    A.  A phone session.
    B.  Face to face session via a secure online link between you and your consultant.

Whichever method you prefer you will receive a verification and calendar invite via the email address you provided.

7. At the conclusion of your 10-minute evaluation session you will be given three choices on moving forward.

    A.  You would like to continue the conversation as a One-time session. The session will continue for an additional 45 minutes or less if you wish to end the session sooner than the 45 minutes allotted. You will be sent a DocuSign agreement for services and be asked to provide a debit card or credit card for payment. A invoice will be emailed to you via accounting service.

    B.  If you would like to continue with a multi session package following the continuance of the initial session for more in depth support, direction and goal setting you may choose to do so and will receive a discount on the following appointments. You may continue to meet via phone or face-to-face or change the platform based upon your needs and desires. You will be emailed a DocuSign agreement for services and be asked to provide a debit card or credit card for payment. The entire sessions package will be charged at the time of agreement for services. A paid invoice will be emailed to you via accounting from MyGriefHelp.com.
    C.  You may choose to conclude the conversation after the initial 10-minute evaluation. You owe no explanation for your decision not to move forward with My Grief Help and you will receive an email thanking you for allowing us to meet with you. There is no charge, and you will not be asked for Debit card or credit card information.

8. My Grief Help is a Private Consulting / Coaching practice and does not accept insurance
coverage for payment. All our Clients are private pay clients and will be provided paid receipts that may be submitted to your insurance company who will determine if your claim is covered in your policy.

9. It is always our goal to meet your needs in dealing with your personal grief. Grief enters
everyone’s life and is a personal experience for each of us. We lose people we love in many ways, by death, relationship break-ups, disease including drug abuse and alcoholism, incarceration, or choices we make within our own lives. You can always expect dedicated, personal, professional attention to you and your needs with support and specific recommendations for your better version of you.

10. If a potential client is deemed by the Consultant / Coach of My Grief Help to not be a good candidate for services, the potential client will be informed by the consultant / coach immediately and a recommendation by the consultant / coach will be offered and followed in an email sent to the email address provided by the potential client.
